All of our products are 100% Zabihah Halal. They are sourced from zabihah halal meat distributors and our meat is hand slaughtered.

Zabihah is the way that defines how the animals must be slaughtered in a humane way. Halal is considered legitimate and lawful as per the Islamic beliefs, and is believed to be largely a humane method of animal slaughter.

We currently do not offer unattended delivery. If for any reason you aren't available for an attended delivery, please email us and we will work with you and deliver at your convenience.

You have up to 7 days after delivery to contact us for resolution. Kasaai may require the return of products prior to issuing a credit.
